I'd like to change to a refund or monthly subscription after paying the annual subscription fee. I didn't use any paid plans. I pressed the payment button without knowing there were two check boxes, and I thought I would ask you again when I made the payment, but it was paid right away.  
Please change your monthly subscription as soon as possible.
