삭제된 파일 복구 부탁드립니다..너무 간절해요

I understand that a design file you were working on was moved to Trash but no longer appears there — here are a few places to check first:

1. Other teams: Each team has its own Trash. If you belong to more than one team, check the Trash in each one.
2. The Folders tab: If the whole folder was deleted, the file shows up under the Folders tab in Trash, not Files.
3. No Restore option: If you find the file but can't restore it, right-click and choose Duplicate to drafts to get a copy. The copy won't include comments or version history.

If the file was permanently deleted, it can't be restored from your account. Our Customer Support team can check whether it can be recovered. The troubleshooting section at the end of this article covers each case: Delete and restore files.
