It sounds like you've already done the right steps (activating Adobe Fonts for "Adobe & other apps" and installing FigmaAgent). Here are a few more things worth trying:

1. Browser vs. desktop appย 

  • If you're using Figma in the browser, you need to install the Figma Font Installer separately to access Adobe fonts. (After installation, reload any open files in your browser to start using the font.)
  • If you're using the Figma desktop app, the font installer is already built in,ย no extra steps needed.

2. Full restart:ย Please try quitting Creative Cloud andย Figma fully, restart your computer, then reopen Creative Cloud first and then Figma.
