• Wait for a short while and then try your prompt again.
• If you have a file where you repeatedly see this error, try duplicating the file and start prompting again in the copy.

Occasionally a prompt will fail for an unknown reason and you may see "Something went wrong..." — if the issue still persists after trying the above, the specialist in your ticket will be best placed to help.
