I understand your confusion here, but as shown in your screenshot, you’ll want to reach out to support@figma.com to resolve this issue. Since there was a recent change to your account details, our Community wants to verify the change with you before allowing you to publish.
That said, it looks like you’ve already reached out to support on ticket #1952937. I’ve escalated your case on your behalf, so the team will review your account and be in touch as soon as they can.
It looks like support replied to you last Thursday. To protect resources and the community, there was temporary restriction placed on your account. They just need to quickly verify your ownership of the account.
Please check your email inbox to provide the following information to the best of your ability to the support team via email:
Current email address on your account
Date of account creation (estimated month/year)
Approximate number of named .fig files owned/created by the account
Specific names or URLs of 3-5 .fig files created by you
Names of teams that you belong to
The names of other collaborators on your teams or files, and the file or team you collaborate on
If you are the owner of a team: The last 4 digits and expiry date of the payment method attached to any team you own or are admin on
If you don’t see the reply from support, please let me know. Alternatively, you can also provide the following via a private message, and I relay the information to the team on your behalf.
