Select the files, right click, duplicate, then drag & drop duplicates into the different team.

1. If you want to duplicate you need to duplicate the file you want to copy from file explorer like @Gleb said. If you just want to move you don’t need to duplicate and skip to step two

2. Go into the target file, and then (while nothing is selected) check on the file name on the top part. It’s spelled like this.

Project Name / File Name

3. Click on the project name and you’ll see this screen.

From that screen, you can move your duplicated file to anywhere even including your drafts.
