Figma in Chrome browser with an external monitor was freezing every few seconds or so, it didn’t matter what I was doing or whether I was using my Windows 10 laptop or my 4-month-old Chromebook.

None of the other browser tabs were affected.

I read some similar topics and it gave me the idea to unplug the external monitor from my Plugable USB 3.0 docking station. No more freezes. So then I plugged my external monitor straight into the laptop. Also no freezes. It’s working today, hopefully it will keep working and I will update this topic next month or if Figma starts freezing again, whichever comes first.
