I have been charged for FigJam for months and only now am I seeing it. Not only did I not want FigJam I have no idea how to stop paying for it. Has anyone had the same issue and can guide me? I can’t seem to find any resources that are clear.

I just found out Figma has been charging for 10+ seats, auto-enrolled file viewers into FigJam Editors.
This is a terrible anti-pattern if not a fraud.
There must be thousands of active figjam subscriptions that haven’t ever used or opened a figjam file ever, I imagine.
Do nothing and get charged for unwanted licenses seems like a terrible business practice.
