Could you please confirm if by “rendering animation” you mean exporting animation from Figma?
If so, we don’t have native support for exporting animations at this moment. Figma supports exporting files only in PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF formats: Export formats and settings

While we don’t have any specific recommendations for plugins, I’d like to share with you some free plugins I’ve found that don’t require in-app purchases or third-party payments:

• Jitter · Animation for Figma
