thank you but its been already 2 days and i need figma for tomorrows class, how am i supposed to work on my projects if the entire process takes insanely too long, i dont understand. Why making this entire process so complicated?? i mean in order for figma to be usable you need to give people an option to use it in the first place, but complicating things will only make this worse experience for people. 

Hi Figma Team,

I’m a student and my Figma account is registered with my school email. My role shows as Education, and in the account settings I can see options like enabling libraries, installing local fonts, and other features.

However, I keep getting the following error when trying to access the Education plan or educational resources:

“Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer. Verification services powered by SheerID.”

At the same time, the desktop app constantly shows:

“Your Education status has expired. To keep using Pro features, upgrade your team or verify your education status.”

I am unable to re-verify through SheerID because it always gives the “Verification Limit Exceeded” message, and I haven’t received any response from SheerID or Figma support despite contacting them MULTIPLE times.

I want to emphasize that:

• My account is already recognized as Education, but I cannot access the Education dashboard or educational resources.

• I am unable to continue formal verification due to SheerID limits.

Could someone please help me resolve this issue so I can access the Education resources? I need it for my studies and ongoing projects.

Im getting desperate and cant belive this entire process is somehow ok for us users to go through, how can you expect from us to use your programs if you are not giving us any option to use it in the first place?

Please help me and please SHEERID or anyone whos in charge of this fix the current problem cuz this will be really problematic for me due to my college duties. Ive already sent via mail my personal informations and documents that are showing the proof that im a student so please enable my educational plan already.
