Question

Figma lost my installed fonts after iOS update

I just allowed my iPad Pro to run its update to iOS version 17.2 last night, and today the fonts I’ve installed for Figma, specifically the Segoe UI family, have disappeared. They are still available on my other apps. They are available when I use my MacBook Pro. But when I use Figma.com or the Figurative app on the iPad, they are just not there.

Hi there! This sounds odd. Can you please check and update your OS of your iPad to the newest version to see if that helps? Can you also try to uninstall and reinstall the font family, then refresh Figma?

If this doesn’t help, I’d suggest you to reach out to the support team so they can investigate further here.

Thank you, Celine. I’ve submitted a support ticket as you suggested.

I have same problem on iPad Pro. All my fonts disappear and new fonts don’t appear on Figma (Figurative) but they are on another apps. I updated iOS and figurative app, but it didn’t help me
