Background:
- I’m having Admin team permission, and full access of Figma and FigJam in team. My team has Professional as plans.
- I received a Figma file in .fig and is tasked to upload it into one of our folder, “Design System” in Team organization.
What I’ve done:
- Drag file from finder to “Design System” folder straightly, to no response, not even error message.
- Upload/drag file from finder to my own personal draft, hoping I can drag it into “Design System” folder that I favorite on sidebar. It is stated that “I don’t have permission”
- Move the file into other folder, it seems I have access to (because on top right it has several buttons “+Design File” “+FigmaJam” “Import” and “Share”. I noticed that some folder I got access of the buttons on top right, some are not (Which include the “Design System” folder"
My Question:
What is happening? I thought being admin means I already had access to all the folder so I can manage the file efficiently. Turns out there’s still folder-access-based that needs to figure out. If it’s like that, then how can I solve it? Is there any settings that the owners need to change for me to access it?
