Is it possible to sync Figma prototype interactions across multiple devices in real-time?

I have a prototype with two pages, each having a button to navigate to the other page. If I open the prototype on a laptop and press the button, it transitions to the second page. I want to know if it's possible to have this interaction also reflect in real-time on another device (e.g., a phone) that is viewing the same prototype simultaneously.
Is there a way to achieve this in Figma natively, or are there plugins/tools that can enable real-time synchronization between devices for prototypes? Thank you
