How do I make a component that has a show/hide toggle in the description section (above auto layout)?

I’m making a component that will have various items, header, navigation, banners, etc. I want to have on/off toggles so the designer and turn on/off the elements they need for their design. I’ve seen this toggle function done the design panel, above the Auto layout section. I want to have “banner” on/off toggle, “Step Indicator on/off toggle” etc. so the designer can simply turn on/off the elements they want active in the component. I’ve been searching the help section but I don’t think I’m using the proper keywords to find directions. Can anyone direct me?

Add and apply a boolean component property, or create variants with a boolean property value type. You can find out more in the following Help Center articles:
