Sorry to hear you are having issue with your file! Is it happening on desktop app, browser or both?
As a workaround, I’d suggest you first to check your version history, and check if you can restore a previous version. By using this process, this will help you to find and copy accidentally deleted assets. For more information how the version history works, please check our guide Views a file’s version history.
I’d also recommend to clear out the cache (browser and/or desktop app, depending on where you file is affected). You can follow the steps in our help center article here.
If this doesn’t help, I’d recommend you to reach out directly to the support team with a copy of your file so we can investigate it further here.
Be sure to use your Figma account email, include a link to the file, and share it with support-share@figma.com so they can take a closer look.
