Changing size of nested component works in main component, but not in instance

Could you please provide a bit more detail about the issue you’re encountering?

I’m not entirely sure, but it looks like you have a component named ‘Topic Lane – Prototype component’, as per your screenshot. And when you add an instance of that component to your design, the prototype applied to the instance doesn’t seem to behave as you expected? Please feel free to correct me if I’ve misunderstood anything.

Also, if it’s not too much trouble, could you also share a short video that shows the issue? It would be really helpful if you could ensure that the entire Figma screen is visible in your video, including the left and right panels that display the properties and layers. Please also make sure to expand the relevant layers and have the prototype interaction settings visible.

This extra information would greatly help our community to see the exact issue you’re experiencing, and determine if we can reproduce the same behavior to better understand what’s happening.
