I have professional plan but I can't see AI features option in figma. Why?

Hey @Christopher_Pickerel, I do understand your frustration! Unfortunately, I am not able to manually add anyone to the UI3 or Figma AI betas at this time. However, I did want to express that I hear you.

We’ve moved from waitlist to a multi-week rollout—regardless of waitlist status, plan, or seat type. We’re taking this approach so that we can collect your feedback and make adjustments along the way.

It’s beed a while form introducing Figma AI. We are on porfessional plan, paying a lot monthly. Still, we dont have AI feature.

I mean, I can’t see these Design Tools and Riffing sections in my pro plan design files.

Today, I upgraded my account to professional just for AI Figma features, but I still can’t see these items in the wizard popup window!
Would anyone be able to help me?

As Gayani mentioned, Figma AI is in a limited beta and is being rolled out gradually to all users, regardless of waitlist status, plan, or seat type. Unfortunately, we’re not able to add anyone manually at this time.

When you have been granted access to Figma AI, you will see a new button in the toolbar inviting you to explore the latest updates.

I don't see AI features in the figma files.

1. I’ve professional license
2. I can see that in the Admin settings, I’ve enabled the AI (beta) features.
3. In the Project settings I DO NOT see any AI features
4. In the files that I can edit, I DO NOT see any AI features.

According to the official announcement everyone should have the access to AI features.

Not sure why is it not working on my files.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, not all users at the moment. Figma AI is still in limited beta and is gradually rolling out to users. You'll see a notification in the product when it's available for your account. In the meantime, you can learn more about Figma's beta features here.
