I have the same color code: F8A82F at 50%, but it shows up differently in 3 different squares? I have 3 different shades. The same fill color. The same set up for Stroke effect colors in the same order, but I still show 3 different shades.
Does anyone know how to show the same color or how to correct the bug?
It’s hard to be certain without a screenshot or file link but I would guess that there are additional background colors or fills affecting the appearances of your semi-transparent layers. When you have something at 50% opacity you will get layering effects with the content underneath it.

Fix that worked: turning “clip content” to on or off in parent frame, or any other that has it applied.
