My figma desktop app is not working due to zscaler cloud VPN

Blocked Navigation to 'Gateway.zscalertwo.net is the message showing by the figma when opening the figma desktop application on my MAC. can you please resolve this issue please?

The popup message also says: Please contact Figma support or your IT team with this error message for further assistance.
