Urgent! Drop shadow disappears when font size increases

I hope I’m not too late for your deadline.I’ve done some testing on my side and noticed the drop shadow is appearing.

It’s the textbox that says “iNTELLIGENCE” that I’m struggling with. Any ideas for why it works for you and not me? I talked to Support, and they said that the drop shadow should disappear if I make my font larger, but I don’t understand how you can successfully do it, but I can’t.

I apologize for the delayed response and thank you for providing the file link. I made a copy of your file and confirmed that the text does indeed have a drop shadow on my end. I also had one of my teammates check it, and they were able to see the shadow as well.

One potential explanation for this discrepancy might be due to the large file size. Please let me share the help center article:

Caution: Depending on your device and internet connection, files with a large number of blur effects can lead to reduced performance. Background blurs are typically the slowest effect to render.

To further troubleshoot, I separated the textbox into a separate file and confirmed that the shadow effect is still visible.

Could you please check to see if the drop shadow is visible in this new file? If you have any teammates available, it might be helpful to have them check as well.
