Enable Libraries for all files - getting started

Hi - I want to try the WireFramer library as I start to build a prototype website. The instructions in WireFramer sugest adding this file as a Figma Library so the toolkit is easily available to me. However, when I try to add it to Figma under Assets, and type in WireFramer, it doesn’t appear as an option to add. I’ve tried to Enable Libraries follwing online instructions, which start with 1. Click your name in the top-left corner to open the account menu. 2. Select Settings. However, i don’t see my name top left.
Just starting out, any help appreciated. Thanks, Richard
