I am unable to open my Figma files and also create a new project.... please what do I do, it's really urgent

Do you see any error message? Can you please share a screenshot of what you see in your end?
To cover some grounds, do you have several Figma accounts? If so, please make sure you are log in the right account, and please follow these workarounds and let me know which steps you did.
