Design library is missing and problems on page settings?

Something has gone wrong with my design file and connection with my library anymore and I can’t understand why.

1. The share button and toolbar area has been greyed out (?), looking as if it’s disabled but still functional. My other design files are fine.

2. I can’t access my design library (other file) through this file anymore. I can see that the library is still published but I can’t pull up my icons, text styles, colour styles, etc. It works fine in my other design files as well.

I’ve published my library again. I’ve made it enabled the libraries for all the team files. I can see the old wireframes with the right text styles but I can’t change to others from the design system, just break it from the pattern.
