Imported library main component in the same project - component in different file won't update

Hi, I’ve tried to read up on this but struggling to find the answer.

I have imported the MUI design system file into my project. I’ve then imported the library into another file within the project.

In the other file I go to assets and type dashboard and add the main dashboard with the side navigation. If I right click the dashboard in the other file and go to main component it takes me to the imported MUI design system. However, if I change anything in the main component it doesn’t show in the other file.

What am I doing wrong here?

Thank you for reaching out! Just to clarify, have you published the library as shown in this guide: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025508373-Publish-a-library?

If you’ve already done that, could you please ensure that the components are not hidden?
