An error occurred while creating this team

Could you please check the following for us to begin troubleshooting?:

• Are you seeing this error on Figma’s web app or in the desktop app?
• Are you able to create a team if you login to the Figma web app in another supported browser or in your browser in incognito/private mode?

If it is only happening in a specific browser or only in the desktop app, please try clearing your browser or desktop cache to see if resolve the issue: Clear the Figma desktop app cache

If clearing the cache does not fix the problem, it appears that you might be facing a restriction on Starter, Student, and Pro plans. These plans only allow a user to be a member of a maximum of 100 teams.
If you have reached this limit, you will need to either remove or leave team(s) in order to create new ones.

• Your Figma account email
