How to switch billing from Monthy to Annual?

“Hello everyone, as the title suggests, how do I switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan?”

Hi @MON_DESIGN, Thank you for reaching out about this!

Are you asking about your team on Professional Plan? If you’d like to convert/add seats to your team’s annual subscription, here’s how you can do it:

  1. From the file browser, switch to your Professional team in the sidebar and click “Admin”.
  2. Select the “Settings” tab at the top of the page.
  3. In “Plan and billing” section, select “Add annual seats”. Please note that you’ll only be able to convert the number of editors you have on a monthly plan at this time.

(or select “Add additional seats.” - The option “Add additional seats” will appear if you have more editors on your team than are covered by your current annual subscription. You’ll see this option when inviting new team members.)

This addition will be billed on your next monthly billing date, as noted on that modal.
Once payment is complete, an invoice will be available for that charge on your Billing tab as usual.

Thank you for answering my question. However, I have currently subscribed to just one seat for myself and would like to switch my current monthly plan to an annual one. I do not intend to add any seats for editors.

Hello.
Same problem here!
1 seat for Professional with monthly billing. Want to switch to annual billing without adding new seats, but the option “Add annual seats” described on the help and above does not exist.

The only option available is “Upgrade your plan” which takes me to upgrade to Organization plan. Not what I need.

Same problem here! I don’t have any option for annual payment. Cancellation also doesn’t help as it is only cancled at the next billing date.But that is already after the new pricing plan takes place.
