Missing libraries & Permission changed automatically

The designer who originally existed as the owner in the previously created design system file was suddenly changed to the viewer. Later, I tried to change permissions to resolve this, but only two options remained: ‘can view’ and ‘leave’. Therefore, to resolve this, I created another new file and moved the components that were in the previously used design system file into the new file. After that, I made the newly created file into a library and changed all the UI files to newly moved design system file components. However, even though I changed it to team libraries, I found out that there were some missing libraries that I was looking to resolve this. Some of these components become swaps, so I changed them all to components in the newly created file. However, I still have a problem with libraries that are not publishing, and I can’t swaps them either… Is there a way to solve it?

기존에 생성한 design system 파일에 원래 owner로 존재했던 디자이너가 갑작스럽게 viewer로 변경되었습니다. 이후 이를 해결하기 위해 권한 변경을 하려고 하였으나, 권한은 ‘can view’, ‘leave’두가지 선택지 밖에 남아있지 않았습니다. 따라서 이를 해결하기 위해 다른 새로운 파일을 생성하여 기존에 design system 파일로 사용하던 곳에 있던 components들을 새로운 파일로 옮겨넣었습니다. 이후, 새로 생성된 파일을 라이브러리화 하였고, UI파일 모두 새로 옮긴 design system 파일 conponents들로 변경하였습니다. 그러나, team libraries로 변경 하였음에도, icon components들은 publish가 되지 않는 문제가 있었습니다. 이를 해결하기 위해 찾던 와중 missing libraries들이 몇가지 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 이들 중 swap이 되는 component들이 있어 이들을 모두 새로 생성한 파일의 components들로 변경하였습니다. 그러나 지금 icon은 여전히 libraries에 publish가 되지 않는 문제가 있고, 이들을 swap 또한 할 수가 없습니다… 해결할 방법이 있을까요?
