Hi all,
While I was editing my Figma project, I glanced (for very short period) the crusor of my ex-designer who has no access to the project any more for 4 months. I double checked he has no access to the project. It happended quickly I was not able to capture a screenshot. I checked APIs access I found one for exporting comments and revoked it.
Could this happen or it probabily a Figma glitch? Is ther any procesure to follow?

The team confirmed we would have needed a file link and the email address to investigate on the backend what permissions the file or the project has.

Hey @pwi23270, thank you for reaching out! If someone has access to the team, removing them from the project will only remove their explicit access to the project. They can still access and interact with the project based on their team permissions. I’d recommend reading our Help Center article:

I can access my project through “recent” from side menu since it is not under any team.
I checked my team “share” tab at the right corner I didn’t find any share user under it only my name as owner.
Thanks @pwi23270! Let me check this internally with the team. I am quite unsure what might have happened. Will give you an update once I receive a response.

Update: I found that my project was under a team where he is the owner, so he can access my project even if his name is not under project share. I sent him, he confirmed that he has an access so I moved my files into another project of my creation and told him to delete the old under his permission.
