Can't share Figjam file in draft to view?

Was the team you are trying to move this draft to one that was originally created by you? Or did someone else create it, and then transfer ownership to you?

Also, can you confirm the file name of the draft you’re trying to move? You can PM that to me if you’d prefer to not post that here.

I created this FigJam draft, as well as the team. Before doing so, I changed my FigJam seat to Viewer-restricted to avoid payment. However, now I’m unable to share any FigJam file, even new ones created in Drafts, not within the team.

And i deleted the FigJam file already.

Got it - thank you for clarifying! First: I’m removing your screenshot from your last post, as it contained your email address. I want to make sure to limit the visibility of your private info as much as possible.

So this is actually expected behavior, since you opted to downgrade your FigJam subscription to viewer-only.

If your FigJam seat is set to viewer-restricted, any FigJam drafts will not be shareable. You would need to either move the file into a team project space to share, or upgrade your seat to full.
