Does figma use another port to upload video?

Hello

I tested to upload video for prototyping following this article.

I’m using Enterprise plan, so it is available to use video prototyping feature,
but I failed to upload video under my company network.

My company network has firewall, so I applied firewall exception to use figma.
Every other features are working well such as uploading image, excepting video.

Does figma use another port to upload video?
When I tested on normal internet (no firewall), it succeeded to upload image.

Please help me to fix this issue!!!
