Good day to all I am currently creating a prototype certain objects i.e. squares allow me to connnect nodes and then other squares don’t why is that?

Are you able to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
Most objects will show a new connection icon (blue circle with a + in the center) as you hover over the outer edge of a frame, shape, etc.
