I don’t know what happened but when I uploaded video gif in the Figma it did not show on preview and now the project is not even open and just keeps loading.

Sorry to hear this is happening. I saw on our backend that you’ve filled out a ticket. Please also submit a link of your file and add support-share@figma.com as an Editor to this file (this won’t affect your billing at all) so the support team can take a closer look. Also, apologize for the delay on our response, we are experiencing higher than usual ticket volumes. I’ve escalated internally.
In the meantime, can you double check if the issue also occurs if you try connecting to another network (e.g. mobile hotspot) or after temporarily disabling any VPN/Proxy/Firewall connections?
We recommend reaching out to your IT Admins or ISP to check that:
- Figma (*.figma.com) is added to any VPN/Proxy/Firewall or antivirus allow lists as described here: Adjust your network settings
- Port 443 is unblocked
Is it happening on desktop app, browser or both?
As a reminder, our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
If the issue is specific to the app, you may want to try clearing the browser cache (Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Restart). You can find more details on the steps: here
