Elements are disappearing the Sec I'm selecting them or the frame they are in

The elements disappear the second I click on them I can see them in layers and at first they appeared when I refreshed my browser but right they are not visible. I can still click on them and move them (I checked the color and fill that’s not the issue)

Hello Indraneil, could you please share a screen recording on what you’re seeing on your end? Is this happening in a prototype view or on the canvas? Also could you check if this is happening on a specific file?

Unexpectedly, text, images, and illustrations disappear from the design file, confusing collaborative work. While some users can view the text and images as usual, others encounter missing elements.

In some cases, clicking on the missing elements can assist in displaying them but not always.

This happens in canvas

Hey @Turgi, thank you for reaching out!

Is this happening in a certain file or in all files? Are you able to share a screen recording with me when this issue is happening? Also, is it happening in the browser, desktop app or both?

Can you clear out the cache? Follow these steps for the desktop app : Clear desktop app cache

Also please try to force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window (or force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it.)

Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

It keeps happening in desktop app and in a certain file. It is so inconvenient. Clearing desktop app cache or force-quit don’t help.
