FILE DELETED and not in trash bin

Thanks for reaching out. Do you see any files in your Drafts or Drafts to move? For more context when downgrading,

• File limit: On the Starter plan, your team can have three FigJam files and three Figma Design files with a maximum of three pages per design file. You can invite as many people as you want to view or edit these files. If you have more than the allowed number of files in your team when you downgrade, Figma will prevent you from being able to edit your files. To keep editing those files, move them to your drafts or another team. Learn more about moving files →
• Project limit: On a Starter plan, your team will have one project. If your team has more than one project when you downgrade, Figma will lock your team and prevent you from editing your files. To keep editing, you’ll need to reorganize your files and projects so they are under those limits. Learn more about moving projects and moving files →
