When designed screen height is more than viewer’s mobile screen height then data is not scrolling in mobile browser. The same design woking perfectly in Figma mobile app.

Figma runs on full desktop operating systems (MacOS, Windows, Linux, etc.), as well as Chrome OS, but not mobile browsers.
Using the Figma mobile app will provide the optimal experience to access your files and view/test prototypes as intended for mobile.
