Animation won't work properly until I'll refresh the page

Hello everyone, I am not sure whether I stumbled upon a bug or what is wrong with my file but when I want to open/present it the animation doesn’t work (parallax effect), it only shows the begining state and after 3sec the end position+2 social media icons are not visible at first and also appear after a while BUT when I will refresh it, everything works perfectly. I’m losing my mind over this issue, I will be very grateful for your support! 😉
