Cannot See Resizing after Auto Layout

Hello Folks! Resizing does not appear when I click auto layout. Do you know how to fix it?

The resizing function has been moved to the section above (where the coordinates and width and height of the object are).

Hi there! In the new UI3, the resizing is in the Autolayout section:
