Make sure your components are not in a frame with rounded corners and with the “Clip content” property checked. Also check that the “Corner radius” property has not been overridden.

Unfortunately, the screenshots do not contain information about the structure of the components, their overrides and changes that you publish, as well as links to your files. Therefore, I can only suggest that you contact Figma support, where you should describe in detail what happened and attach links to the files.
