School verified still can't get in

Good morning!

I had filled the form giving my school email address and my school Id address for figma as a high school student and i got the message from Figma that my student mail l Id and school domain has gotten verified and i can apply easily now but when i tried to apply once again, I still couldn't get in. Can you please help me as in how to get verified or ask for help since the verification failed?

Clear your browser cache/cookies, log out of Figma, then log back in. Doesn’t look like something big to me.

Are you receiving any kind of error message when trying to log in? If it’s a password issue, you may need to reset it: Reset your password.
