There have been persistent performance and memory issues recently with all Figma releases and UI3, to the point where the tool is failing at its core purpose: serving designers effectively. I frequently encounter out-of-memory errors, despite adhering to a specific page organizational structure. The actual number of designs is not large; rather, it’s the use of auto-layout, design system components, and variants that consume significant screen resources.
I have tried workarounds such as using plugins like Downsize and deleting pages, but these have not resolved the problem. This issue needs to be addressed urgently as it is severely impacting productivity.
