Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on a prototype in Figma that simulates a modern social or content-driven mobile app. As part of the user experience design, I’m exploring how AI-generated videos could enhance storytelling, onboarding, or profile customization flows.

Recently, I tested a new tool that creates short AI-generated video clips from still images. It’s quite similar to what Higgsfield AI offers. To better understand the potential of these technologies, I also explored an app demo experience available at a site on google — it gave me great insight into how dynamic video content can elevate user interaction and emotional engagement. It’s here: https://modhello.org

That got me thinking:

  1. Can we embed short videos or animated assets into Figma prototypes effectively?

  2. Are there any Figma plugins or workarounds for showing short loops (MP4, GIFs, or Lottie)?

  3. How do you usually simulate interactive, video-based UX in Figma without exporting everything to a coded prototype tool like Framer or Webflow?

I'm curious if anyone here has tried integrating AI-generated visual media in their Figma flows, or has any suggestions for keeping performance smooth while showcasing such media.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can share!
