Urgent: Incorrect Seat Billing on Our Figma Account

Hi Figma Support Team,

We’ve noticed an issue with our billing where our account is being charged for 21 seats, but we only need to pay for 13. It appears that additional seats are being automatically added without our approval, which is increasing our monthly cost.

Could you please help us adjust our billing so that we are only charged for the 13 members we need? Additionally, we would appreciate any guidance on how to prevent automatic seat additions in the future.
