How can I cancel additional seats in Figma Profesional Plan?

The added seats were set on an annual basis, and the annual cost was seen in billing. Right now I haven’t added any members. If I continue to not add members and maintain only one admin account, won’t they be added to next month’s billing?

Hi ​@eliska.soukupova, Thanks for reaching out about this! I understand your concern.

 

Quick reminder: Your bill reflects the number of paid seats for Figma Design and FigJam on your team.

To get started, it might be useful to check which users are currently being billed on your team. Here's a quick guide on how to view that information:

  1. Select the Admin Console next to your team name on the left side of the file browser
  2. Navigate to the Members tab to view a list of members invited to the team
  3. Set the Design role and FigJam role filters to Editors to display all billed user

If you see any additional editors there, you can change their seat from “Editor” to "Viewer - restricted" for both Design and FigJam, which will exclude them from the billing.

Hi Junko,

I am still concerned because I see the amount that will be charged next month. I see the number of dollars that will be charged next month on billing screen. I don't want to be charged for any seats. Could you connect me with the support team to cancel the seats I added by mistake?

I dont have any member on my team but the billing amouth of dollars is still apearing that will be my next invoice
