Hey @Gal_Shelby, thank you for reaching out! So we can troubleshoot this issue with you, I'd appreciate if you can check and confirm:
Does the issue affect the Desktop app, browser or both? We recommend installing and checking the Desktop App if you don't currently use it and are able to as the app accesses local fonts without any further steps while the browser relies on a 'helper' as explained in Add a font to Figma design.
If this is affecting the browser, does it affect all supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) or only a specific one?
If this is affecting the browser, do you see local fonts as enabled in your account settings?
Thanks for your assistance with these requests! Let me know if you have any follow up questions and I'll be here to help.
I had the same problem since I started using Figma because of Brave, I fixed it by turning off the shields. But for about a year or two this feature got deactivated again, but I didn’t bother to fix it.
I thought the problem was the browser but it doesn’t work in chrome either. (through safari I can’t even login, I don’t know why)
I can’t download the Desktop App because I have a mid 2015 Macbook and macOS 10.13.6.
I just downloaded the Figma Agent, but it didn’t help. Local fonts is not enabled in account settings.
