I’ve been working on a Figma Slides file for over a week. Suddenly received the “Something went wrong” message. Error ID: ec3298327afa47ccb876d5eb8d07b610
I’ve tried restoring the file to different version histories up to a day ago and get the same error.
Because of the error I can’t seem to access the file at all.
Update: Looks like if I take the file version back to ~noon yesterday, the file opens again. Still not sure why the file worked fine yesterday afternoon and all this morning until the error appeared.

Just to clarify, after restoring the version from yesterday, are you able to work with the file normally now?
Also, did you notice any network disconnections around the time the error first appeared? Is this issue happening only in the desktop app, or do you see the same behaviour when accessing the file in a browser like Chrome?
As a next step, it might help to clear your cache in both the browser and the desktop app to see if that resolves the issue.
