Hey there! Thanks for sharing your feedback in the community.
Can you clarify in which feature do you want to be able do it? (Figma, FigJam, Figma Slides)?

As a reminder on Figma, you can add links to text.
Please check this guide on how to do it:

To add YouTube videos to a presentation, follow these steps:

For PowerPoint:

  1. Open PowerPoint and go to the slide where you want to add the video.
  2. Click “Insert” from the top menu.
  3. Select “Video” > “Online Video”.
  4. Paste the YouTube video URL into the provided field.
  5. Click “Insert” and the video will appear on your slide.

embedding youtube videos is the only thing stopping me from making Figma Slides my only deck builder. This would be amazing and I have decks I’m building right now I need this capability for
