Viewers should be able to resolve any comments (even if it's not their own)

I usually work together with my PM on projects. They are not designers and they use Figma to gather feedback from the clients, it is very annoying that they are not able to mark the client’s comments as “resolved” simply because they’re viewers.
I understand that it could be seen as a risk that a viewer could potentially delete other people’s comments, but here we’re just talking about resolving, which doesn’t delete the comment.
Is this a feature that could be added for viewers? It’s a bit extreme to pay a full design seat just to be able to resolve comments imo
