Hi! My Figma Education Plan is expiring soon. I have applied for the first time 2 years ago, there wasn’t any problem with my account. While I began a bootcamp 2 years ago, unforeseen family health issues forced me to put my education on hold. Now I started the bootcamp again, that’s why I applied and I uploaded my contract-receipt for getting verified. I had the email that says “You are verified” but I don’t have access to education plan. What should I do?

If you want to access to the professional features after your Education status is verified, you’ll need to either create a new Education plan team or upgrade an existing team to the Education plan. You can find detailed instructions here: Verify your status for a free Education team - Create, upgrade, or join a team
Kindly follow these steps. Once done, you should be able to access professional features.
