Two accounts, crop shortcut not working in my pro account

I have two Figma accounts, one is personal and free and the other one is part of a Pro plan. I’m trying to crop frames using command + dragging the cursor. It works in my free account but doesn’t in my pro one and it’s honestly driving me crazy.
I’ve already set my keyboard to US and it didn’t change a thing. I’ve also checked the settings and they’re identical.
Can someone help me? This is so frustrating, I can’t work like this.

Just an update: the shortcut is now not working in any account. I tried Figma in browser too and I’m experiencing the same issue.

Sorry to hear what’s happening. I tested and worked for images on my Mac.

Figma Learn - Help Center

Could you try the troubleshooting below?

  • Close any Figma tabs you’re not using
  • Browser : Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
  • Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.
