Team Transfer into another

Hi everyone,

We attempted to transfer a team from another company into our organization. As an admin, I received an email notification stating that I had a transfer request. When I clicked on ‘Review Request,’ I was directed to Figma’s team setting, but there was no option to accept the request.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

In the meantime, could you double check the below?

  1. Permission Levels : Only Admin can accept the transfer request.
  2. Team Settings Visibility : Sometimes, you may not see certain settings due to the role within the team. Please confirm that you’re logged into the correct account that has been invited to the team.
  3. Browser Issues : Could you try clearing browser cache or try accessing the link in a different browser or incognito mode. This can resolve issues related to cached data that might prevent proper loading of the team settings.
  4. Link Validity : Check if the link provided for the team transfer is still valid. If it has expired or if there have been changes in the team structure, this could lead to issues in accessing the settings.
